New Patient Forms

I have been a patient for over 2 years after trying to find a local dentist who takes my insurance. I found them through 1-800-Dentist. The people working there are professional yet kind and truly concerned about the care given me. They are the finest group of professionals it has been my pleasure to be their client., The doctor is most pleasant and takes her time with me and takes personal care of my dental issues and she does not hurt you, which is also important. The procedure they did for me on my gums was done with patience and professionalism and they "truly care" about this patient. It is truly the best dental experience I have had and I will continue to let them take care of me! The people working there that I have had the pleasure of being their patient are the "BEST".

As far as Dentists and Doctors Go- I'm not a big fan, but I have to admit when I chose Mk Dentistry for my situation it was one of the best decisions I've ever made I visited MK and two other dental Facilities and after discussing my situation (I had lost about half my teeth) with all three, I chose MK Dental Excellence. I needed extraction, Fillings, A crown, Bone grafts and Implants. Dr. Kejriwal, Tina and Dawn and the entire staff are all proffessionals that I completely trust. Now I can eat without pain and discomfort and people tell me I don't look half bad, Thanks for the Great Job, MK
