What happens on my first appointment?

Your first visit to Manju Kejriwal, D.D.S. begins our relationship together. Once the initial medical history forms have been completed, you will receive a comprehensive exam, complete with x-rays, head and neck cancer screening, a periodontal evaluation and baseline dental charting. Dr. Kejriwal will then discuss the current state of your dental health with you and develop a plan for your dental needs of the future.

Save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.
